While I steer clear of legal texts, I have translated all kinds of things over the years. The following specialties have crystallized: special chemicals industry, branding and marketing, documentary films, theology, music, menus and recipes, real estate and architecture.
Upon request I also offer simultaneous interpretation, having gained experience at weddings and funerals, in podium discussions, business negotiations and television interviews with international guests (e.g. New York artist James Rizzi for West 3).

In early 2021 I got a message from Wimmer Schneidert, a family-run tailoring company founded in Austria in 1741, now in its ninth generation. They had created an online tailoring course comprising 52 videotaped lessons (ranging from one to six hours each) covering all aspects of sewing and tailoring, and wanted it translated to English and overdubbed. The course is available online.
